Divine Purpose and BlakSistah are the pen names of a writer living in the USA.
"Poetry for me has been not only therapeutic but it has also ministered to me. Through hard times, brokenness, confusion, joy and success my poetry has been there for me. I've learned how to express myself through the written and spoken word, and I take on a new persona completely through that lens. It's my joy to share my experiences through poetry and to touch the lives of others. I've always hoped that my writing reached people and provided some insight into their lives as well as encouragement." She is currently working on a novel and desires to publish an anthology of her own poetic works.
