Barbara A. Jordan, who writes under the name Realityis, was born on November 9, 1977 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. After a trying childhood, she joined the United States Air Force on December 27, 1997. It was there that she found friends, family, and her love of words.

At the age of 28, she is a hard working single mother. If she could have one wish, it would be to save the world. Although, she has been told by many friends that this is not possible, she continues to try one moment at a time.

Her goal is to follow in Maya Angelou’s footsteps of helping the world become a better place with words from the heart.
