Nicole Lindsey started writing when she learned to read. She says, "Poetry is her life. Growing up in a family with 7 people, single parent home, one bedroom basement apartment, damm new dirt poor, never was I hungry. Life has inspired me to write." She was recently published in The Best Poems and Poets of 2002." "The Sound of Poetry" CD, and "Poetry.com." She states "Being published in your incomparable magazine would be a tremendous leap in my quest for life (poetry)." She resides in New York.
