Neil G. White is a freelance writer, poet and playwright. He writes for magazines and newspapers on both coasts. His work ranges from heartfelt coming-of-age stories to soul-searching poetry pieces. Born and raised in The Bronx, much of his work is inspired by his experiences growing up in New York City. As an extension to his creative writing, Mr. White recently founded, “Worded Thoughts”, a company whose mission is to promote and cultivate the craft of writing. In addition he works with youth in the New York tri-state area through lectures and creative writing contests. He has a B.A. from the University of Connecticut in the discipline of Psychology. He currently resides in New York City.
