Ashley Mintz is a visual artist, songwriter and poet residing in Nashville, Tennessee. She moved to Nashville from Las Cruces, New Mexico in 2007 to pursue songwriting.

After attending Nashville State Community College and taking Creative Writing and Theater classes, Ashley became interested in writing spoken word poetry. She went on to receive a Technical Certificate in Music Technology and an Associates Degree in General Technology with a focus in art and music from Nashville State. Ashley has had original music used in short and indie films as well as a play and has had her art and poetry included in literary and online journals. She continues to work on her creative passions.
