Jay is the pen name of Jaquel Horne, a 22-year-old student at Winston-Salem State University. She is studying to receive a degree in Communication and Media Studies to become a Public Relations Specialist or Professional Assistant. She is from High Point, NC. The oldest of four and raised by a single mother.
