Angela Connor is a broadcast producer in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She's worked in local television news for 8 years and after years of procrastination, is in the final stages of completing her book Knowing is Half the Battle. She is currently writing and submitting her work to various print and online magazines, and has poetry published at poetry.com. She is also collaborating with a friend on a project aimed at young African-American girls to help them realize their intrinsic worth, value themselves and control their own destiny.
