Taiwo Ogunnaike is a sista of the diaspora.... born in the belly of the beast. Her mother was from the Yoruba people, and her pops comes all the way from Macon, Georgia. She lives in London and says she is "creating every single day - my life depends on it." :) She used to feature heavily in the 'spoken word' circuit in London in the 90s, but have taken time off recently. She says "I am 42 years young and I have two sons who keep me youthful." She is currently researching a book which she plans to start writing next year.
