Sweet Beats lives in the Tri-state area. She uses her creative and pragmatic talents in many ways. Recently, she completed a short video "2 Brains," which chronicles the impact of stroke in her family. She is a second generation writer and social scientist, inspired by her mother. She collaborates with her sister, a Brooklyn-based visual artist, on projects that promote Black culture and improve the human condition. She adores her family, promotes education, economic empowerment and is firmly rooted in her faith.
