The Whole Of Me

by Jhahbriel C. E. Moore Sr.

I cry for intimacy
though I rejoice with
no drama.

Acceptance for only
choice.
When there is
few with a passionate
voice.

My needs were never
meant to hurt me,
only entice me, uplift me,
embrace me, reflect me.

When my wants only
destroyed me, left me and
broke me.

When patience is present
Life is unlike one rain drop
however a downpour that
swallows all my pain.

I am forever present in
what will only represent who
I am, what I am, what I will be.
