Stand in Line

by Jhahbriel C. E. Moore Sr.

Tired of frustration mediating
On sacrificial chronology
When infact my life, your life
is pomp and circumstance.
You stand in line……

Angry at domination and
Situations leaving you breathless
And faceless…yet you pretend
To rectify the information.
You still stand in line.

Swallowing unwanted acts of
Superficial love and demographics
Of what love feel like, and what love
Tastes like and
You still standing in line.

Let this all sink in unlike reflections
Of pure unadulterated sin, you feel
Like you need, want, desire to fit
In.
Keep standing in line.

Just wait your turn and feel yourself
Elevate to what God intended you to be,
What he scripted you to see, what your
Desires hold key to prosperity.
Just wait your turn, and stand in line.
