She has grown weary of life, at least her life with him
She has to save herself from the tides approaching to drown out her ambitions
It's him or me she reminds herself as she gathers her things
She is not running away....NO
She is doing what she has longed to do for so long
She has to follow her heart, dance to her own music, find her own heaven, escape his hell
She loves him...still...after everything
But she also loves herself
She has given too much....time, effort, thought, chances
It's her time
She walks away....
without anger or angst or regret
Her destiny is waiting
Her excitement is barely contained
She walks away...held held high...she smiles, more importantly....
