Let the morning bring with it a renewed peace of mind...mine; all of it
Claiming my joy today
Speaking those things that be not as they may
Forgotten yesterday's woes
Basking in the bounty of the peace formed within tranquility's mold
Laughter ringing out in a voice I discover to be my own
Grace providing the soil that mercy has given me through waking the chance to grow
Growing...evolving...becoming what the Creator has requested me to be
Self-fulfilling this prophecy; embracing my own destiny
Loving the warmth of the sun on my face
My soul me the bounty of infinity
Promised with the blood shed when HE died on Calvary
Redeemed...Saved...Loved immeasurably
Surrendering my will to bask in what HIS will demands I be
Thankful to know that HIS voice answers when I call
Never left...never forsaken.. no, not at all
More than a conqueror because it is HIS desire that I be
A prayer warrior, faithful at all times to only HE
Forgiven for my trespasses for HE recognizes the imperfection in me
Striving fervently to be as Christlike as HE
Who so loved the world HE sent HIS son to die for my inequities
Armed with the full armor of faith and the sword of righteousness
Yeah though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil
For The Most High walks evermore with me
Within me...Cleansing me...Purifying
The breeze blows caressing my face
With its gentleness I am transported to an outerworldy place
Clothed in a robe of milky whiteness bare feet walking streets paved in gold
To my saviors throne is where my heart longs to go
Heavenly voices lifted in song giving Praise
All burdens lifted, no longer entombed in more sin's slave
The race is not given to the swift but to the one who endures
Paradise everlasting HIS word promises me
No longer downtrodden beneath what this system of things withholds from we
True children of the Lost Tribe...Jews no doubt...disbursed to fulfill the curse
So it was written and it shall be done
The first becomes the last and the last becomes the first
The day draws nearer when the meek inherit the earth
OH, how I want to be in that number....
Numbered...the days until the KING of KINGS returns
