It's just a matter of fact

ain't nobody going to watch my back


Folks out here don't take time to think

and pulling triggers faster than I can blink


Everyday on tv I see, another Mother cry

asking the eternal question why


Her baby had to die

if I said I knew the answer that would be a lie


Human life is priceless

but, my own people are killing us on these streets faster that ISIS


Tomorrow, I could  be saying to St. Pete a salutation

because on the streets of Chicago life has undergone a major devaluation
