My journey as a man began when I left home 
My journey was complete when I cried myself to sleep!

Life's a cruel teacher, she never spares the rod!
The first lesson was to expect the unexpected
Her second, rules changes continually
She taught me growth comes with tears and joy
Pain is inevitable
Valleys run as deep as peaks are high
Patience breeds strength
Faith is nothing without works
Works are authenticated by faith
Spirituality is a gift
Given from God through His book of life
Its truths are everlasting
It's up to me to accept
Not adding or subtracting!
The Shepherd knows His sheep
He watches over them guardedly
He never wanders from His sheep
But, His sheep wander from Him!
Advocating with His Father
Our Lord's patience pardon us
He is the propitiation for our sins
I own the decisions I have made
Blaming others equals denial of responsibility
Good is done without an audience
Trespasses against me I must blot out of my mind
I have received what I have asked for
So, I should be more specific
I must follow after righteousness
Pursue godliness
To get into heaven I must work until I'm exhausted
I see now my journey isn't complete
That my travels continue
My lessons are becoming more complex
To reach self actualization
I must push on!
