I am presently featured
In several starring roles
Having been selected on the premise of my color
I did not audition
Nor do I get paid
To be the feature presentation
Some sort of media slave
A criminal in the paper
An illiterate on TV
The subject of cruel jokes
Made on the radio constantly
For this I've been hired
Though I did not apply
I've  Asked to be fired
But by the media, I'm denied
I no longer want to be the feature presentation
No longer put on parade
By this dishonest society
That is determined to keep me a slave
