Lesson in "X" Cellence

by Darrell Collins

America labeled him a preacher of violence and hate.
But, here art the facts, to set the record straight.
He believed black America should provide for itself.
Police its own neighborhoods, without the white man's help.
He felt African people should join force and unify.
If they killed one of ours, then ten of theirs should die.
He wanted education, dignity, and a measure of respect
He wanted equal rights, which have not ban granted, yet
He felt the hard-earned dollars should stay in our community.
And, equal justice under what they try to call democracy.
He had a vision to merge black people as one.
Any outside interference, should truly die by the gun.
