Mrs, Rosa Parks body laid in the Capital today
As we waited to pay respects to a women who refused to give up her seat
So that I might have the basic rights that I enjoy today
We salute you we honor you for your courage taking a stand for which you believed
Facing Goliath  like David you knew a power far greater
God rose up showed up with his mighty strength
Today God showed up again to honor you for your legacy
Thousands of people of all walks of life stood in line to pay their respect
If we had to stay there all night it would have been well worth the wait
To honor a great humanitarian a wonderful women full of Gods Spirit
Mrs Rosa Parks rest in peace thank you for all you have given of yourself
To make America better a place for all human beings
