Wipe the tears from your eyes
Be strong soldiers don't cry
God can see all your pain you keep hidden inside
The years that the locust have eaten away
There's nothing too hard for God that can't be solved
Let him in today to heal your wounded heart
the scars of the locust need to be healed
Years of frustration trying to get it right
In Jeremiah 29 v11 says
For I God know the plans I have for you
Will you open your heart and let him through
Don't walk around with weights pressing you down
God has greater purpose for your life better days are ahead
Soldiers Don't Cry
At least that's what the world expects you to do
Keep it all locked up inside 
God says it's time to give him your all
Come on soldier you've tried everything else what about God?
He doesn't expect you to be perfect give him your scars
He'll show up when you have been abandoned 
by the ones you thought you could trust
Devil you are a liar release this soldier
Reading this encouragement by the blood of Christ
This life has meaning in the name of Jesus
God heal all the wounds and scars that the Devil has created
Grant this soldier peace and cover this heart with love
Come on soldier it's ok to cry
