when it doesn't matter.
A day when the hidden,
chained demon
comes out to play.

Today I refuse to ring the bell or knock,
today I'm kicking down doors.
Today, disrespect and ignorance
gets a well deserved punch in the face.

Today a sassy over confident bitch
will get dragged across the floor of realness.
On this day my name will be said and heard,
and I'll not be labeled the good guy.

Today the creature that is normally subdued
is allowed to wreck havok.
Today my unnamed enemies are tortured
and sent to the hell they've put me through.

Today my false and pretentious friends are revealed,
then voluntarily dismissed.
Today the bridges I burn
have no hope of being restored.

Today I'm just a man
tortured, ignored, disrespected,
taken for granted,
then left for death.

Today all emotions take action
without a single thought of consequence.
Today I beg to be left alone,
but no one listens 
until it's too late.

Today I'm releasing all restraints
and letting the world know I'm here.
Today I gather my tears
and use them to baptize those who caused them.

Today I'll be the S.O.B. you were told to avoid.
So approach me quietly
and with caution.

When all is said and done,
and this day is complete,
I'll only have the strength
