I went to Jesus and He didn’t turn His back on me
and since that day I haven’t been the same;
I feel His love surrounding me--
He’s in my life to stay.
I went to Jesus in prayer
to make my life brand new
He said with His arms open wide
All you had to do was

Knock, the door shall be open
Seek and ye shall find
Let Him turn your life around
He’ll place your feet on solid ground.

He’s waiting for you to let Him in
He’ll be your unconditional friend
He’ll stick closer than a brother
He’ll be your father, sister and  mother.

I feel His love surrounding me
I haven’t been the same
Jesus is in my life to stay
All I had to do was pray.
