Arethia Hornsby is a black Christian freelance writer who resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. She says that when she started writing, her poems had no titles, only dates that reminded her of "what struggle I was in, or what victory I had just won."
She has written several plays, among them "Come Sunday," a gospel play and an upcoming play "Birthday Boy," due in December 2000. She's a contributing writer for Call and Post newspaper on line.
