When your strength seems
Weakened by life’s turns and twists
That’s when you need to find
A quiet place so the Father
You can get with

When it seems you are going
Down for the third time
Your eyes are hazed and hope
Seems blind then just know
He will be there at just the
Right time

I know it seems that the Lord
Is slow when your heart is in
Despair but trust me no matter
How it might feel just know that 
For you he truly cares

He might not come when we
Think he ought to but he is 
Never late because for us he
Has just got to

When you have slipped and
Fallen close to the edge
Just know that for you he
Has protection for he has
Built you a hedge

You can not fall nor can 
You slip into a world were you
Don’t care because when your 
Close to the end and you feel
The gentle tug it’s your heavenly
Father pulling you to his love
