You said "milk 'em for all they got"
I milked 'em
Its cream quickly ran rot
I tried though in vain
To maintain
In their politic
Only to suffer
As a lifetime convict
You said I'd walk away
From the drudge and dredge
Instead I limped away
With a busted leg
Yet high held my head
Now as this road ends
A new highway begins
You look upon as if
I had committed some
Mortal sin
As if becuz of some wrong
We could no longer be friends
Why do you treat me as if
I Am dead
When it seems everything
I've done
Was because of something
You said
