I Call You Friend
"Can two walk together, except they be agreed" .
Friends are of like mind.
The truth that comes from all of this is that friendship
Is that relationship that is entered into by individuals
And it is only as good or as close as those individuals
Choose to make it.
I call you friend
Some one has said that if you can count your true friends
On the fingers of one hand, you are blessed.
A friend is one whom you can be yourself with
and never fear that they will judge you.
A friend is someone that you can confide in with complete trust.
A friend is someone you respect and that respects you,
not based upon worthiness but based upon a likeness of mind.
I call you friend.’
Finally, I must return to the real definition of a true friend.
"For scarcely for a righteous man will one die:
Yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
But God commendeth his love toward us,
In that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us"
I call you friend
.
"Greater love hath no man than this that a man laid down
his life for his friends” Now, that is true friendship!
What I have learned from so many of you my friends!
Is how to find true friendship in this often phony,
Temporary world
Friendship involves recognition or familiarity with
Another’s personality.
Friends often share likes and dislikes, interests,
Pursuits, and passion.
Is how to recognize potential friendship
Signs include a mutual desire for companionship
And perhaps a common bond of some kind.
Beyond that, genuine friendship involves a shared
Sense of caring and concern, a desire to see one another
Grow and develop, and a hope for each other to succeed
In all aspects of life.
I call you friend
True friendship involves action:
Doing something for someone else while expecting
Nothing in return; sharing thoughts and feelings
Without fear of judgment or negative criticism.
I have received poems written for me.
Love flying all over the place from hearts that
Just trusted me, and love me, because I am me?
No, but because God instill truth and love in them
For me. And so I leave your site a better person
Because of you., you, and you.
I give God the praise you are my friend.
Friends does not have to live next door
Or around the corner. Friends does not have to know
What the other look like. They just have to have a
Loving heart. The spirit of Jehovah God.
I call you friend.
Because you became a friend to me.
True Friendship - Relationship, Trust, Accountability
True friendship involves relationship.
Those mutual attributes we mentioned above become
the foundation in which recognition transpires into relationship.
Many people say, "Oh, he's a good friend of mine,"
yet they never take time to spend time with that "good friend."
Friendship takes time: time to get to know each other,
time to build shared memories, time to invest in each other's growth.
You called me friend.
You got to know me
Some of you asked and some of you did not.
You called me friend after you got to know a little about me
Without judging me.
Isn’t that what a true friend is?
Trust is essential to true friendship.
We all need someone, with whom we can share our lives,
Thoughts, feelings, and frustrations.
We need to be able to share our deepest secrets with someone,
Without worrying that those secrets will end up on the
Internet the next day!
Failing to be trustworthy with those intimate secrets can
Destroy a friendship in a hurry.
Faithfulness and loyalty are key to true friendship.
Without them, we often feel betrayed, left out, and lonely.
In true friendship, there is no backbiting, no negative
thoughts, no turning away.
True friendship requires certain accountability factors.
Real friends encourage one another and forgive one another
Where there has been an offense.
Genuine friendship supports during times of struggle.
Friends are dependable.
In true friendship, unconditional love develops.
We love our friends no matter what and we always
Want the best for our friends.
True Friendship – comes from the heart
I shall never forget you my friends.
God bless you all
