Mediating and fantasizing about the day
That first look I saw the effervescence of you
Perplexing and deep thought became my norm
Illustrating thoughts and dreams renewed

Meditating whether you see the hope that you give
Can you be the one or is this false hope
Healing the wound that betrayal did make
Like the first sign of spring you bring me joy

Meditating in silence though laughter I hear
Though no one is near I smile to myself
First you came in spirit then mental you became
When physical you became I felt so good

Meditating on tales that I heard in my youth
Thoughts of ever after sprang quickly to mind
Am I Prince Charming and you Cinderella
Or do I again play Hamlet as my role in this life

Meditating about you is blowing my mind
Though at the same time you're healing my heart
Giving me love erasing my fears easing my doubts
Making a good man from this chaotic despair
