Tamara Anderson is a freelance writer, poet, playwriter, author and diverse topics blogger. In 2000 she studied journalism at Kennedy King College in Chicago where she wrote a featured article on motivational speaker Iyanla Vanzant for the school's newspaper. She earned a diploma in Basics of Writing Short Stories and Articles for publication at Longridge Writers Group in 2010. Tamara has written essays, articles and poetry on diverse topics including health, entertainment, politics and sports for online media outlets such as Gather.com, Helium.com and Examiner.com. She was also a hip hop columnist for God of Lamb and rapindustry.com where she interviewed R&B singer Michel'le. She was a hip hop and entertainment blogger for over two year for Chibangerz.com. Tamara's work has been featured in Sister 2 Sister, Essence, Hip Hop Weekly and 500 featured articles on Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., and fashion for Kandiez magazine. So far the Chicago native has completed a play called "Before I Say I Do", a sitcom called "Chilling In The Windy City" and a poetry book called Eyes of Perception.
