Native Detroiter, Sylvia Hubbard, has been a writer for as long as she can remember. Often sneaking away from chores to hide in a closet to write, her mother has been her source of encouragement. She completed her first novel at 12 and published her first book in 2000, named Dreams of Reality (Pub:Xlibris). Her next suspense/romance is due out late 2004, called Stone's Revenge (Ariel International). She is webmistress of 4 websites, Founder of Write Steps 101, Coordinator/Owner/Editor of Motown Writers Network* and Owner of Hub Books Publishing. She is a moderator of Motown Romance Writing Group and Detroit Writers Galore Online Group. As a divorced mother of three, she also lectures on writing and journaling.
