A Tale to Tell

by LadyAdrienne

When I was a young innocent girl
a young innocent girl,
my dance steps were cute,clumsy
    and funny.
a shake here and there
one foot the other foot
sometimes, trip and fall.

Then when I noticed boys,
my dance became more enticing.
   As woman
I would throw my head up in the air
swing my hair around,
shake these gyrating hips like I was
doing a native dance
and put on my million dollar smile.

If someone was watching,
I would wink,but just once
pointing my finger licking finger
directly at you, you and you
calling you silently,
So, you knew,who you were!

I want you, you,you
I wouldn't always know
who he was
but nature was taking over and
my desire was coming to life.
like a plant has roots turned to a
flower. Simple as that
 this was natural, to me!

When I was a young innocent girl
my smile would spread over my face
My family would say,
"You can dance, baby"
Now I'm a woman, Can't you see

This smile is for you
My legs moving all over the floor
hips moving and jiggling all.
Hoping that you will come dance
this sweet groove with me.
Let's dance baby
Move with me.
slow dance with me
Forever,Forever.
