Micro-Pieces Of The Heart Drive

by Soodabeh Saeidnia

Humankind, our kindred
Humanity, common language
Humane, our dialect
Humanitarian, our deed
Humanism, our thinking
Are we human?

Sky falls
Stars drip
Under the glass
In your hand
I'm not sure
Where
Those stars
Would land

Every midnight
A phantom kiss
Sews the dark lips
Of the town
Tightly
A long, silent kiss
Till dawn

In the government
Of
Your lifestyle
Can you please
Establish
A ministration
Of
Change?

Look at the moth
How recklessly
Dances around
The candlelit
Endangerment
Can't help it
Nor fear of death

Stretch your desire
As much as U want
But you can't reach
To my expanded heart
As these two
Are parallel lines
No confluence
