Oh snails in your cubbyholes, all curled up and
Cuddled
Of all shades and colors,
Black,
Brown,
White,
Yellow,
Red,
and
Tan
Along with all other
Colors.
You're constantly peeping in, and peeping
Out
Like shiftless peeping
Toms
Behind blinded
Windows
Always coming out, but never
Succeeding.
A world of challenges,
A world of choices,
A world of competitions, in
Which,
One must be equally
Aware,
You'll never achieve anything
By
Staying secluded in your little
Shells.
Your hindering obstacles, as I have
Seen,
Low self esteem,
An inferiority complex,
To dark in color,
A broken family home,
Previous criminal records, or simply tired and
Lazy
Like any dastardly person afraid
To
Take a stand
As to a dog dependent on its
Master
For he or she's daily walk.
