Diversity is racism in disgise.
Simply means,
Racism is still alive!
A colorless world would be Utopia,
equal rights for all.
fair housing,education,and opportunity.
We better keep affirmative action alive!
Our society is dominated by men,
greed and power.
Which simply means for minorities,
there will never be any balance of power.
My true allegiance will be to myself,
until racism no longer exists.
