Lost, But Not Found

by Nubian Reign

Where have all the children gone?

Innocence pimped and used as a pawn

Papa waits ‘til the sun goes down

Creeps in her room, and caresses the crown

And glory of his baby girl

Now she’s caught up in his whirl

Wind of shame

Just ‘cause he didn’t know his daddy’s name

Little does he know, his secret will show

Through the eyes of his daughter’s daughter

And so it will go

From heart to heart

Tearing the family apart, love unbound

While still lost, but not found

Lost but not found like a diamond in the rough

Family values fade while life is getting tough

For our children who like gangs and diamond rings

Now the quality of life is measured in how much you “bling”

Weapons of mass destruction have been plaguing us for years

Poverty, Drugs and guns have caused so many tears

Illegal’s can stay and keep their jobs

While the economy in this country is steadily being robbed

By an administration of crooks

THE PRICE OF LOYALTY exposed in a book

4 more years of this and AmeriKKKa will be shook

Off its foundation like dirt on a mound

Justice in AmeriKKKa is

Lost But Not Found

I found the children in the distance…

Society made them seeds planted too early

And got grown before most of us were ready

Now we’re lost like the PR team for R. Kelly

Playing the pied piper on his celly

With Keith Sweat overtones

“Cause you may be young but you’re ready”

We knew that was the jam

Now I’m grocery store jammed

Between teenage mothers half my age

Bragging about her man on the post office wall

“My man made the front page!!”

What the hell is going on?

Is life singing a different song or is my radio broke

Maybe they’re singing songs in “A” minor?

Two last words ill never poke

With nobody’s magic stick

These times got me sick to my stomach

But I'm not feenin for no medicine

Its time for genocide

Time for our cancers need to be jettisoned outta this town

And I gives a damn if you get lost or found…

Things are not the way they once were

“R”. changed his name to the piped piper

I guess to corner the market of children in diapers

The government is driving us all out of our minds

While the devil is the chauffeur

Molestation is on the rise,

While the stock market is falling

Blinders placed over justice’s eyes

The state of this country is absolutely appalling

Jesus is coming back, and I hope it is awfully soon

Bin Laden is still running wild

And we’re busy kicking rocks on the moon

Never, Never, Never sounds like something you forbid

But isn’t that the land where Jackson was sleeping with kids?

The Advisory System has been downgraded

America is being invaded

Afraid of chemical warfare, we live our lives barricaded

Our Nation’s shield has been splintered by foreign saboteurs on a mission

Who were trained and armed by our elected politicians

It’s almost as absurd as Sharpton being President while at the beautician

The structure of the Black family has been obliterated

If mothers knew their children would grow up to be like this

Pro-choice would not have been debated…

Can’t believe that was just stated?

I see you haven’t been updated!

I’ll say whatever I need to, in order for you to listen

Because I need America to take charge of their actions,

And stop sitting on their behinds WISHING!!!!

LOST…BUT NOT FOUND

We say it all the time, but what do we really mean

Staying home from work screaming, “I Have A Dream”

It’s no longer about the man or the King/Kennedy plan

Its about ignorant niggers with money tryin' to be the man

“Or woman and child in this case

‘Cause real men already know how to procreate

So R Kelly and Michael both need a hug

From a 300 pound convict wearing workout gloves

And what about this Kuntry of ours singing tis' of thee

It’s a lost concept I no longer say or see

That wasn't even about our Democracy

It was about WarPowerMoney and the threat of Slavery

‘Cause while they're dropping bombs in Baghdad on minority skin

We just sit around waiting for our turn again

A return to Slavery under the minimum wage

A nation of poor niggers headed straight for the grave

But we cant complain because we too grateful

That white folks are even letting us eat from their table

It’s a reality lost on our ancestors

‘Cause they're six feet below ground

Their struggle lost….. but still not found
