and I must admit
though I don't know you well
I can tell that you're it
and I know that you're feelin' me
in more than many ways
I can see it in your eyes
you tell it all in your gaze
and we revolve around each other
like the earth to the sun
just to see who'll make the next move
neither wanting to be the one
and your voice is very soothing
though you've never said a word
and I can tell you've told me something
that no other woman has heard
you're a street poet and you know it
only a prince yet you walk like a king
full of knowledge and experience
unique songs that your soul sings
and I know people say that I'm silly
they're looking at you but they don't see
they don't have to understand it
