Bob McNeil a mercurial thinker, who is considered an eclectic and erudite poet and editor, is the author of the book Secular Sacraments. He is also the editor of The Nubian Gallery, A Poetry Anthology. It is a collection of some of the best and exciting poetry featuring both well-known and first-time poets. McNeil resides in New York.
