Brett McCall of Bronx, NY, says "I am a convinced, confessed and convicted lover of women of color, most notably my African American sisters. This appreciative affection is generally the inspiration for all of my artistic creations whether it be a poem, song or essay."

Currently, Mr. McCall is working to use whatever talents that he has to shine a light on other talented artists as well as to nurture and inspire future artists of all kinds. He is attempting to do this through his organization, Off The Plantation, and it's significant entity, The B Spot Cafe.
