When I read in Forbes Magazine, that Oprah Winfrey, is the richest
African American Woman in this country, I thought...
"God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When I read in scripture about the woman with the issue of blood, 
and God says, "Thy Faith Hath Made You Whole", I know, "God Is
Faithful To His Women!"  When Sarah can give birth after her womb
lay barren for many years...I know, "God Is Faithful To His Women!"
When I read Dr. Maya Angelou's, "From The Heart Of A Woman", 
I know... "God Is Faithful To His Women"

When I read the poetry & writings of my mentors 
and they are amongst many, who continue to Inspire Me to do what I do...Poets
and writers like...Terry McMillan, Nikki Giovanni, Gwendolyn Brooks
and Alice Walker, I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"
When I am invited by CeCe Winans, into His "Throne Room", where
I can find peace and find it soon...
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"  

When God can Bless me with three beautiful children, 
who are, "The Weight Of My Entire World"!, 
I know "God Is Faithful To His Women!"  
When Yolanda Adams can usher me and my four year old baby girl, 
into Worship, and remind me that His Tender Mercies are Renewed Every Morning!  
When I can hear my baby sing, "I Will Worship Him, for He's Been Good!", 
which by the way, I know Shook Heaven!, 
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When my lil' sis, can exclaim..."Our Legacy Is To Perservere, 
to Do Otherwise Is Not An Option", 
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When I can latch on to Words Spoken and Inspired by the Almighty, 
and be reminded that I should...
"Never Be Intimidated By My Own Dreams",  
I know..."God Is  Faithful To His Women!"  

When I can "Draw A Line Between Who I Was And What I Am" and Step Over Into The Now!... 
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"
When I can lose love, and be left with the feeling of never believing in "LOVE" again, 
then out of nowhere, God speaks to my Heart and says..."It's My Time", 
then Opens unto me, one of His Good Treasures!" 
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When I have spent my last dime, really I did this time, 
and just in the knick of time, God really showed up, "Right On Time!",
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When I can give birth to my son, Brandon, and he be stillborn...
and not only did I NOT loose my mind, God Then and Now, 
Continues To Guard My Heart! in the midst of my loss...
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!

When I can be in the presence of women, who are breast cancer survivors!  
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When I can count it a privilege to have five beautiful sisters, 
Whom I must say are the epitome of Virtue!, 
I know...."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When a single mother can raise sons, 
and not one, ever enter into the prison system, 
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When I see single-mothers SACRIFICING, 
taking on the often difficult task of raising female children alone, 
yet proclaiming to the, 
"Never Compromise Your Principles For Your Pleasures", 
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When we see the economy in a state of urgency, 
foreclosures are running rapid, but more often than not, 
I read, women are purchasing property in alarming numbers, 
continuing to bring about Positive Closures!
I know..."God Is Faithful To His Women!"

I know that in the midst of the Why's, Where's and When's...
"God Is Faithful To His Women!"

When I can come home from work, and my baby is bathed, and fed for the nite, 
and I didn't even have to ask for a massage! 
(come on ladies') you know that's God! (smile)...
I think to myself once again, 
God You Are So Faithful To Your Women!

When at the end of the day, I can look in the mirror and say, 
"I haven't willingly forfeited my Integrity and Self-Respect, 
had some laughs in the process! and to know that today, 
as trying as it has been, Tomorrow...A New Dawn BEGINS!  
I know..."God "IS", has been and Will Always Be, 
So Very Faithful To His Women!

when I had to rise up and encourage myself in the Lord!
