My spirits are drained, my mind says it's insane!
 My heart says" Woman! How could you let him Go!"
 Someone once said, "If you love someone, let them go."
 Though my love is strong, his heart and soul is not mine.
 Must I endure all this pain without him by my side?
 Can I stand the obstacles, the storm and the rain?
 Why did I have to abstain, not call out his name,
 Or follow him to another destiny?
 So I offer my heart and mind another plea; 
 If I must let him go please do not leave me feeling so empty.
