We live because of our ancestors, and the blood they shed

Black Art
Black is not only a race it's a way of living

We try to diversify ourselves
We lift each others spirits
We do this because we mean well
Although sometimes we put each other through hell

We are heaven sent
That's why God made us different
There is no other race like us
That's why some despise us

In the world there is a little black boy or girl
Who is born into a life of hell
It's up to us to help them find that inner strength
That will free their minds from the mental restraints

Nobody can hold us back
But the reflection in the mirror that also is black
That's why it's time to heal each other
Time to love one another

It's time to bring back the great things Black History brings
The age is new
We have to find the new elite Black Kings and Queens
And we will cherish the knoweldge
of the Black Things they will bring
