The quest for control and power

Is such a rampant thing

In both hemispheres

The East and the West

There are major players

There are neutral ones

Incubators promoting peace

 

Close-mindedness, intolerance

And anti-musive leadership

Keeps us fighting

Ideology keeps us fighting

Age-old hate and ignorance

Keeps us at arms all over the globe

 

Generations-old genocide

The stealing, raping, enslaving

We are killing ourselves

There can and will be a union

A union of hemispheres
