Life keeps punching my pregnant stomach
and expecting me to give birth to healthy actions and thoughts

     I used to think it was such an unrealistic expectation
     However  i  began  to  focus  on  the    positive
     and the negative didn't disappear it just weakened
     most of the suffering is in ignoring everything but the problem.
          things are copacetic now
          i stopped suffering
