Hmmmmm... I'm still alone waiting for that special someone,
but I have to remind myself that patience is a virtue.

Hmmmmm... I keep telling myself that the right man
with all of the attributes that I desire is headed my way,
but I still have to say to myself, "Girl, patience is a virtue."

Hmmmmm... Through all of my doubts and fears,
the Lord continues to speak to my heart.
He reassures me everytime I get weary, lonely, or tired
of waiting that patience is a virtue.
