Yesterday

You once said
that we were
an unstoppable force
and an immovable object
Your thoughts
Now shaped perception
Stuck on stubborn
You won't I don't
I won't you don't
Time
standing still
Our principles
stronger than
Our wills
I looked
you saw
You looked
I paused
In time
I wish
The clock
could rewind
to moments
when we
were free
to love
and be
the reason
We smiled
in bliss
now missed
kisses
turned into
disses
Your harsh words burns
My coldness turns
Your heart from mine
and mine from yours
Oh how I miss
when you could not
resist my smile
you now say is Guile
And yes maybe
You see my lie
the Immovable force
of Pride
your prejudice
denying what we once
called destiny
and forevers
now replaced
by Yesterday.
