Jailyn Gladney was raised in Savannah, Georgia. She is currently attending Boston University and pursuing a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in African American Studies. She says that both reading and writing have been a large part of her life since she was a young child. She states, "I have every intention of continuing to hone my craft for the rest of my days."
