This New Year I hope to have lots of fun!
Spending it with family and friends
Hopefully the New Year shines like the sun
I’m hoping that the New Year never ends

My resolutions are ready for use
I know 2007 will be ripe
Not reaching my goals is not an excuse
This New Year will not be of any tripe

After the New Year comes and settles down
People will come up with new inventions
2007 won’t give me a frown
My resolutions won’t take exceptions

The time has come to bring in a new year
The New Year will bring a ring to my ear
