Painting Words with the Imagination |
by Marilyn Ferrell |
As ink of blue cobalt grazes the canvass of lines on a notebook paper, somersaults of words form a delicate composition, a tapestry of its creator's experiences a revelation of hopes, fears, and ambitions, in the vein of wordplay, adjectives and parallels marry, penetrating the most minute cellular membrane as the floodgates of her deepest secrets open brazenly, birthing a cyclone that blankets the canvass with black brushstrokes because its creator is remembered no more. |
