Roderick Cornelius is a native of Jackson, Mississippi, but resides in Memphis, Tennessee. He earned a B.A. in English at Tuskegee University and a M.A.T. in secondary education at Belhaven University. He has also done additional graduate study at The University of Memphis, where he is pursuing a M.A. in English with an emphasis in composition studies. Mr. Cornelius is a professional high school English educator at Fayette-Ware Comprehensive High School in Somerville, Tennessee.
