Just A Dream...

by Michelle

Walking down the street
you tapped me from behind,
looked me up and down,
told me I was fine.
Brown sugar skin,
about six foot two.
It was clear you wanted me,
and I knew I wanted you.
Skin so smooth,
haircut just right.
Darker then day,
but lighter than night.
Wearing my skirt,
wit my boots to my knees.
as your body slid closer,
the temptation would cease.
It was something about you,
I just couldn't figure out.
Why you kept my body burning,
when the flame had went out.
You were different from the others,
your touch was more than joy.
It was obvious to me,
you were more than just a boy.
We kicked it for a while,
it lead to a year.
losing you,
was my one and only fear.
The phone rang,
and I took a look around.
Searched everywhere,
you were nowhere to be found.
I opened the curtains,
so the sun would beam.
But to my surprise,
it was all Just A Dream...
