Only a Fool

by Catherine Whitehead

If you assume
And I didn't say
Keep believing it your way
One day you'll open your eyes
And realized it's a new day.
It's your fault that you've
so must hell to pay.

If I didn't name your name
If I didn't call your name
If I didn't say no name
Then you wear the shoes. It's okay.

I don't say anything to you.
But your guilt tell you it's all about you.
Stupid is as stupid be

Only a Fool throws their peace away.
