Know thy self from creation sow positively into your pain
Watch God turn it around in the face of your enemies
Don't be deceived by some false teachers watch as well as pray
Look deeper into your ancestors past it's all right their in Genesis
Don't accept all these false images you are a strong nation
Keep your mind sober at all times so you can see the trickery

Build unity, peace, love, and joy don't be afraid to tell your story
There once was a great people brought to the Americas shackled in chains
Against all the rough seas some made it others jumped ship 
how many no one knows but this!
Through it all they prevailed through the trials of slavery 
and now they are slowly fading
